Arijit Singh’s Childhood And Education
Arijit Singh, a well-known singer, was born in Jiaganj, Murshidabad, West Bengal, on April 25, 1987. His mother is Aditi Singh, and his father is Kakkar Singh. Arijit’s relatives claimed that he had an early love in music and frequently hummed to himself. As a result of what he saw, Arijit Singh began to sing. He had his early musical instruction at home.
The entire family of Arijit supports his music because they are all involved in the music industry. He attended Raja Bijay Singh High School before continuing his education at Shripat Singh College, which is connected to Kalyani University. Arijit is a bright student, but he is more drawn to music and is more concerned with it.
Due to Arijit’s efforts, his parents decided to hire a professional music teacher to instruct him. Rajendra Prasad Hazari and Dhirendra Prasad Hazari were Arijit Singh’s teachers for tabla and Indian classical music, respectively. Rabindranath Tagore’s song “Rabindra Sangeet,” as well as popular music, were taught to him by Birendra Prasad Hazari. She was given a government grant when she was nine years old to pursue voice instruction in Indian classical music.
When he took part in the reality competition Fame Gurukul in 2005, singer Arijit Singh began his professional career. He was coached by mentor Rajendra Prasad Hazari. Arijit Singh wasn’t initially prepared. In this, composer Shankar Mahadevan was on the jury panel and he had a classical background, so he took part in it later.. even though he did not win the competition.
Arijit took part in ’10 Ke 10 Le Gaye Dil’, a unique music competition show, Arijit was named the show’s winner because of his remarkable performance in it. After winning, Arijit established his own recording studio and eventually worked alongside Mithun, Vishal-Shekhar, and Shankar-Ehsan-Loy as an assistant music programmer.
Arijit Singh’s Early Career
Since Arijit knew many Indian languages, he initially sang in many languages, especially Bengali. However, Arijit Singh came into his own when he worked in Bollywood films and sang many Hindi hit songs. He started his singing career as Phir Mohabbat in the 2011 film Murder 2. After that he sang Yaariyan, Saawali Si Raat and Khalbali.

But the song that made Arijit Singh famous today is the song he sang in the 2013 movie Aashiqui 2. The name of the song was Tum Hi Ho and it became a hit in people’s mouths making Arjit drop one after another. Another day’s superstar.
